We aim, in order to fulfill the mission of the school, by:

Children: to provide the best education for pupils to enable them to achieve their full potential.  

Teaching: to utilise a suitable range of teaching methods and styles to support individual pupils’ development.

Curriculum: to deliver a curriculum which excites and engages pupils for continued learning.

 Standards and Achievement: to maintain high standards of achievement against agreed school/pupil targets and seek continuous opportunities for improvement.

 Learning Resources: to ensure sufficient levels of resources are maintained to provide an effective learning environment

 School environment: to provide a safe working environment and encourage the personal development of both staff and pupils.

Staff, parents and Governors: to develop a strong partnership between staff, parents and governors which encourages open communication and personal/team development of both staff and pupils

 Church and local community: to ensure a Christian ethos is maintained throughout the school and strong links are developed with in the community.

 Evaluate: to be a reflective school.
